About Me

My name is Patrick D'Amico, and baseball has shaped who I am both on and off the field. I believe great hitters and defenders are built through individualized instruction, strong fundamentals, and confidence—not by forcing every player into the same mold.

I was the Captain of the St. John’s Preparatory School baseball team, a program recognized by Niche as the #1 Best High School for Athletes in Massachusetts and #2 nationally. That experience taught me leadership, accountability, and the importance of preparation—values I now pass on to every player I coach.

I went on to play Division I baseball at Seton Hall University for three seasons before finishing my collegiate career at Bryant University. Competing at the highest level of college baseball gave me firsthand experience in player development, advanced training methods, and what it truly takes to succeed against elite competition.

Throughout my career, I was honored with multiple athletic and academic awards, including:

  • Second Team All-America East (2025)

  • Preseason Bryant Best Transfer Award (2025)

  • Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society (2024)

  • Big East Academic All-District Team (2023 & 2024)

  • Big East Baseball All-Tournament Team (2023)

  • Preseason All-Big East (2023)

  • Perfect Game MLB Draft Prospect (2023)

  • Rawlings All-Regional Player (2021)

In addition to my athletic career, I place a strong emphasis on academics and personal development. I am a graduate of Bryant University with a degree in Finance and am currently enrolled in the MBA program at Bryant University with a concentration on Business Analytics. Balancing high-level athletics with demanding academic programs has shaped my work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. These are the qualities I bring to every lesson and every player I work with.
